dbtechnologies capitalizes on its long experience in designing active systems with a series intended for even the most inexperienced users, while still guaranteeing professional-level audio performance. the series uses highly efficient class d amplifiers that allow the system to reach vigorous sound pressure levels ( up to 126.5 db for the larger 15???? model). the new b-hype 15 is a versatile active system, equipped with a compression driver (1???? voice coil) and a woofer 15???? (2???? coil). the dispersion pattern is asymmetric on the vertical axis and diversified (at the top and bottom) on the horizontal one. in this way the coverage is more targeted and efficient, particularly in reverberant environments. the combo input allows for great versatility of use, adapting, for example, to a dynamic microphone or a standard line input. the pre-set boost equalization allows you to reinforce the high and low frequencies. the link output allows connection to a second system. the portability of the systems is guaranteed by a contemporary and accurate design characterized by 3 handles in all models (two on the sides and one on the top) and a total weight content ranging from 6.6kg for the 8???? model to 17.4kg for the 15????. furthermore, each box can be used horizontally as a monitor, allowing a stable 45?? support on both sides. the systems can be used on a tripod or pole in combination with dbtechnologies subs.
